Cancellation Policy

Drop-in bookings are non-refundable unless GLOSS cancels the session. Each session costs £30 and covers one person. You may bring one guest for £10, space allowing. Please arrive on time and respect session times - we are unable to extend your slot if you’re late. Always treat the equipment and space with care. By booking, you agree to follow GLOSS studio rules and staff guidance.
